SHRIMPS

Shrimps are decapod crustaceans, commonly known as shrimps or prawns. They are relatively easy to find around the world, both in fresh and salt water.

Our shrimp production is ecologically and socially responsible, focusing on food safety, animals welfare, zero antibiotic use and traceability.

Head-on shrimp (HOSO)

This is the purest type of shrimp, since it is exported the same way it arrives at the processing plants, without any additional procedure. The shrimp is carefully handled and processed immediately after being fished.

Shrimp tails (HLSO)

This is one of the most common forms of raw shrimp export. To process this product, the head is removed from the shrimp and everything else remains the same as the HOSO.

KING CRAB

Chilean King Crab (Lithodes santolla) is also known as Centolla. With its snow white meat, scarlet red membrane and bright red shell, it is undoubtedly one of the most attractive seafood. King Snowland Crabs are packed only from premium quality live crabs with no less than 80% of meat, and generally as high as 90-95%. The meat is delicate and soft.
